（1）黨建文化建設方面，圍繞中心工作開展“兩學一做”專題教育
全面貫徹中國船舶重工集團公司“抓黨建從工作出發，抓工作從黨建入手”總要求，圍繞年度工作目標及重點工作任務全面籌劃黨建工作，開展“兩學一做”專題教育。
（2）制度文化方面，實施技術支撐體系、內控管理體系規劃建設；
按照新編、修訂管理標準 172項，編制了內控管理手冊、內控評價手冊。
